What will you do?  

As a Data Analyst, you will gather and document user and client requirements, support the development and testing of new products or services, collect feedback from clients, and recommend improvements to enhance performance and user satisfaction within the One Funnel team. The One Funnel initiative is a strategic transformation program aimed at streamlining and aligning dealer actions across the enterprise. Its core goal is to enhance customer experience and dealer efficiency by co-creating a single, prioritized list of measurable dealer actions, leveraging both Caterpillar and dealer data. You will be also:  

• Conduct the analysis, testing, validation, and implementation of data-driven solutions and business initiatives. 
• Collaborate with business, analytics, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and contribute to project delivery. 
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources to support reporting and business decision-making. 
• Identifying data quality issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. 
• Drive monitoring activities and help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data. 
• Lead testing activities and help validate new functionality, enhancements, and business processes. 
• Direct reporting, monitoring, and documentation activities that improve data visibility and business decision-making. 
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency and business value. 
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues.  

What you have: 

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.  
• Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.  
• Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.  
• Ability to leverage data to drive business value and make informed decisions. 
• Great communication skills, simplifying complex data to assist business partners and decision makers. 
• Strong understanding of collecting required business data through various data sources and apply data analysis techniques to establish, modify, and maintain business data structures. 
• Ability to apply statistical methods and forecasting models. 
• Extensive working experience with SQL databases 
• Proficiency in programming skills Python 

Top Candidates will also have:  

• Ability working with following technologies: Snowflake, Azure DevOps, Git / GitHub, Confluence 
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms 
• Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools 
• Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
