1. POSITION SUMMARY

●  Business Support Specialist provides administrative, operational, and compliance-focused support to ensure efficient daily operations across PV, Regulatory,Supply, Medical, and Commercial teams. This role supports cross-functional coordination, maintains documentation required by industry regulations, and helps streamline processes to meet strict quality and compliance standards.

2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1)    Administrative & Cross-Functional Support for CEE region

●  Coordinate cross-departmental activities involving PV, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply chain, and Commercial teams

●  Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports following pharmaceutical standards and templates

●  Organize project updates, study timelines, and internal communications

●  Maintain controlled documents in accordance with GMP/GDP requirements

2)    Market Access and Regulatory, PV Support for CEE region

●  Coordinate with relevant departments and external agency in preparing pricing and reimbursement (P&R) submissions, including dossiers, documentation, and supporting materials required by national authorities

●  Track P&R timelines, submission statuses, and follow-up actions

●   Assist Medical and Commercial teams with evidence generation plans and data collection useful for reimbursement activities

●  Support regulatory and PV activities with coordination with the related vendor

3)    Supply chain support for CEE region

●   Assist in inventory management

●   Process purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery requests

●   Assist in resolving daily operational issues to maintain smooth supply chain flow.

4)    Data & Reporting CEE

●   Maintain and update databases such as CRM and sales data

●   Prepare regular KPIs, trend reports, and dashboards for leadership and functional team

3. WORK EXPERIENCE

●   At least 3 years of experience working as an office administrator or relevant role 

4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

●  Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or medical device company

●  Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory documentation

●  Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance activities

●  Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes in pharma

5. EDUCATION

●  Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
