We are looking for: 

Cybersecurity Managed Services Senior Manager (Growth & Market Development) 

You will act as a senior market-facing leader to accelerate the growth of Cyber Managed Services across Central and Eastern Europe, while helping shape opportunities across the broader EMEA region. You will combine deep cyber managed-services credibility with strong commercial instinct, executive presence and the ability to turn market opportunity into profitable, scalable client relationships. 

Your future role: 

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Cyber Managed Services across priority sectors and territories in CEE with support for broader EMEA pursuits, 

• Originate, shape and lead complex managed-services opportunities from early client conversations through proposal, negotiation and close, 

• Build and deepen trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders including CIO, CISO, COO and risk leaders, 

• Identify market opportunities and translate client needs into campaigns, account strategies and pipeline priorities, 

• Partner with client teams, alliances and solution leaders to position integrated managed-service offerings, 

• Lead executive-level proposals and client presentations combining strategy, delivery credibility and value proposition, 

• Act as a market ambassador through thought leadership and relationship building, 

• Support account expansion, renewals and cross-sell initiatives aligned with client outcomes, 

• Deliver measurable growth outcomes including pipeline build-up, win rates and revenue contribution for Cyber Managed Services in CEE, 

• Ensure strong conversion of opportunities from early-stage pipeline to signed deals while maintaining target margins, 

• Drive expansion within existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell and renewals aligned with long-term client value, 

• Contribute to market positioning through visible thought leadership, client engagement and participation in strategic pursuits. 

Apply if you have: 

• Proven track record in selling Cyber Managed Services, MSS, MDR/MXDR or related areas, 

• Experience in market development, pipeline creation and converting complex deals, 

• Experience working across CEE markets with exposure to EMEA environments, 

• Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes, 

• Commercial skills in solution positioning, pricing and managing multi-stakeholder pursuits, 

• Understanding of managed-services market drivers such as resilience, scalability, cost optimization and modernization, 

• Experience working in cross-border, matrix organizations, 

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills. 

Nice to have: 

• Established client relationships with enterprise stakeholders (CIO, CISO, Boards), 

• Experience scaling cyber managed-services business across CEE / EMEA, 

• Background combining consulting and recurring revenue services.
