About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to help lead our cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, third-party risk, audit, and policy programs. This is an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the organization, and mentor junior team members while further developing your leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and risk management activities across the organization.
• Manage third-party cyber risk assessments and supplier security reviews.
• Support and lead SOX, audit, compliance, and customer security assessment activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance processes.
• Monitor remediation efforts and validate the effectiveness of security controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for GRC processes, automation, reporting, and metrics.
• Develop executive-level and management-level cyber risk reporting and dashboards.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to Analyst I and Analyst II team members.
• Partner with IT, Information Security, Legal, Privacy, Audit, Procurement, and business stakeholders globally to support security and compliance objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, IT Audit, Information Security, or Third-Party Risk Management.
• Proven experience leading risk assessments, audits, compliance reviews, or security governance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC, Privacy frameworks, and Customer Security Assessments.
• Experience working with GRC platforms such as AuditBoard, ServiceNow, OnSpring, or similar tools.
• Previous mentoring, team lead, or supervisory experience.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or equivalent are a plus.
