Boeing Aerospace OperationsThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Customer Training Scheduler to support Boeing Global Services in Maxwell AFB, AL. The MH-139 FTU Training System Registrar/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating training enrollment, student scheduling, and recordkeeping in support of training operations, compliance, and academic administration. This role maintains accurate records in government-provided systems and tools, communicates with students and stakeholders, and supports graduate tracking, evaluation processes, annual training planning activities, GTIMS user support, and Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) coordination.
Position Responsibilities:
- Register employees and students for required and elective training courses
- Oversee student registration for admissions and course enrollment
- Register students for formal training courses and ensure enrollment records are accurate and complete
- Coordinate student scheduling, class assignments, calendar updates, and schedule changes
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to schedule courses
- Develop academic calendars in coordination with various departments
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in government-provided systems and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Training Management Systems (TMS), GTIMS, and related databases
- Manage, organize, and update databases with student and employee data
- Maintain detailed records of students’ academic results and progress
- Organize and distribute academic transcripts upon request
- Manage rosters, attendance, waitlists, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Monitor student attendance and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments
- Verify prerequisites, certifications, and completion requirements
- Ensure academic policy compliance and enforce examination and recordkeeping rules and regulations
- Manage and support Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) accreditation and affiliation activities to ensure compliance with academic and institutional requirements
- Communicate schedules, confirmations, reminders, and changes to students, employees, and supervisors
- Generate reports on attendance, completions, compliance, and enrollment status
- Support audits by providing documentation and training history as needed
- Respond to inquiries regarding registration, schedules, and training status
- Support Graduate Field Evaluations by coordinating, tracking, documenting, and following up on evaluation records to ensure timely completion and compliance
- Support annual Programmed Flying Training (PFT) activities by helping establish aircrew throughput requirements and training course start and graduation dates
- Provide one-on-one and small group initial, follow-on, and refresher training on the operation of GTIMS
- Provide over-the-shoulder and phone support to users of the GTIMS application
- Work independently to manage daily tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, registrar functions, student scheduling, or human resources
- Experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Associate degree or higher
- Experience supporting compliance-based, technical, or graduate training programs
- Familiarity with training documentation, certifications, field evaluations, accreditation, and audit requirements
- Experience supporting annual training planning or course scheduling activities
- Experience in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
- Customer service experience supporting internal stakeholders, students, or learners
- Direct experience using GTIMS, LMS, and TMS platforms
- Experience supporting CCAF accreditation and affiliation activities
