We are seeking a passionate problem-solver in the utilities industry to cultivate lasting partnerships and guide our customers across Sweden and Norway toward long-term success.

In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for utilities, directly influencing how key customers operating critical energy and water infrastructure adopt innovative technologies. In this role, you will shape the future of utility operations across Sweden and Norway. Our clients manage vital infrastructure that plays a pivotal role in the green transition—giving you a unique opportunity to drive meaningful, sustainable change.

Key Exciting Responsibilities 

• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships. Contribute to our ongoing efforts, ensuring our customers realize the full potential of our solutions and remain dedicated partners in our shared success. 
• Act as a strategic liaison, communicating customer insights and needs to our product, engineering, and sales teams. 
• Drive product adoption and usage to ensure clients fully leverage their technology investment. 
• Drive customer retention and identify growth opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
• Monitor customer health and satisfaction, proactively solving problems to deliver value.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure customer success.

Essential Skills & Experience 

• Experience working with critical asset and infrastructure owners within the utility industry. Understanding utility ecosystem: its operation, processes and needs. Interested in the advancement that digitalization can bring to this industry.
• University education connected to the utilities industry, for example Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in taking care of customers' well-being in the utility sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the versatility to thrive both autonomously and collaboratively. 
• Professional verbal and written proficiency in Swedish and English.
   

Bonus Points For:

• Professional verbal and written proficiency in Norwegian.
• Experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management. 
• Experience in the B2B software and solutions industry.

Location: Västerås or Danderyd, Sweden

Travel Requirement: 15% (occasionally travel to visit clients)
