We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow within our Global Supply Chain Services. About the Role

Arrow Global Supply Chain Services is a division of Arrow Electronics that manages highly complex, high-volume global supply chains for large OEMs and suppliers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key part of our global service organization, working alongside Service Centers in Sweden, China, Hungary, Mexico and Poland. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, smooth order management and efficient issue resolution.

The role offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including projects related to process optimization, automation and the use of AI-supported tools. We are therefore looking for someone who combines strong customer service expertise with a proactive mindset and genuine interest in how technology can make everyday processes smarter and more efficient.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives, exploring how AI and digital tools can help simplify workflows and increase operational efficiency.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing daily communication via email and internal tools.

• Take ownership of the Order-to-Invoice process, including order entry and customer backlog maintenance.

• Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Coordinate with different internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Proactively manage customer expectations by providing updates, handling escalations and addressing concerns.

• Manage customer supply shortages.

• Resolve shipment and invoice discrepancies.

• Create and distribute defined reports to customers on a regular basis.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Analyze order patterns and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain accurate system data and customer profiles.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–3 years of solid experience in customer service, order management, supply chain operations or a similar role.

• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude or similar solutions being a strong plus.

• A continuous-improvement mindset and curiosity about how technology can be used to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service.

• Excellent problem-solving, time-management and multitasking abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a global team.

• Experience working with international customers would be a strong advantage.
