Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive and responsive support for assigned customer accounts.

• Process customer orders, inquiries, and service requests through established channels.

• Resolve standard issues related to order status, backorders, pricing adjustments, and shipment exceptions.

• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address special orders, product availability, and fulfillment-related needs.

• Maintain accurate customer, order, and open-issue records.

• Escalate non-standard issues and recurring service gaps to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, sales support, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage customer inquiries and orders accurately and efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to identify and escalate non-standard or recurring customer service issues.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
