We’re hiring Customer Service Officers to join our Robina‑based call centre team, supporting customers through inbound enquiries in a professional office environment.

You don’t need call centre experience — if you’ve taken orders, handled complaints, or turned a bad customer experience into a good one — you know more than you think. We’re looking for people exactly like you!

About the Role

This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Robina, QLD. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and friendly support while working predictable, set hours.

What We Offer

• $28.74 per hour + 12% super

• Up to $480 per month in incentives (up to $5,760 annually)

• $500 sign‑on bonus for new starters

• Flexible start dates throughout April & May

• 7 weeks of full‑time paid training — no experience required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound customer calls and responding within service level targets

• Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns

• Providing clear, accurate information and effective solutions

• Documenting customer interactions and completing follow‑ups

• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment
