They are now seeking to hire a Customer Service Consultant to deliver exceptional front-line service across phone, email, and live chat channels. This role is vital for handling customer enquiries, resolving issues under pressure, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Support & Enquiry Management

• Liaise with customers via phone, online chat, and email to deliver exceptional service
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude across every interaction

Logistics & Payment Processing

• Assist customers with processing payments using payment management tools
• Support day-to-day operational logistics and booking schedules
• Operate and manage customer enquiries through online chat systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Work Schedule

• Initial training roster is Monday-Friday Australian Working Hours
• Training period runs for a minimum of 1 month until competency is assessed
• Permanent roster post-training includes mandatory Saturday shifts with a weekday rostered day off

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role managing inbound calls, email support, and online chat
• Strong conversational ability and phone-handling experience
• Professional written English skills for live chat and email support
• High level of verbal English proficiency with a clear telephone manner
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• High attention to detail, strong reliability, and excellent punctuality
• Full commitment to working permanent Saturday shifts as part of the post-training schedule

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience using online live chat platforms such as Podium
• Previous experience using payment processing applications
• Prior background working in logistics, self-storage, or service operations
