Job Summary

The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) is a partner-focused organization within Global Partnerships that prides itself in providing great service, in creating innovative solutions, and most importantly, in having amazing people. In over twelve offices around the globe, we foster and celebrate an environment where all team members feel welcomed and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct application reviews

• Support our publisher base through our email customer service

• Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions

• Lead reviews activities in order to launch proactive initiatives to improve the support services

• Analyze and improve customer journey/flow

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer support team

• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills

• Internet-savvy individual familiar with social media and web-trends

• Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to problem solve and find solutions
