As a Customer Relations Manager, you'll manage complaints that have been escalated to the external dispute resolution scheme, AFCA. You'll represent the Bank throughout the dispute resolution process, conduct detailed investigations, prepare high-quality submissions, and engage with key stakeholders to achieve fair, customer-focused outcomes.
