LeoLabs is seeking a mission-driven Customer Operations & Pre-Sales Enablement Manager to support both customer success and growth across the APAC region. This role requires candidates to be based in the APAC region. 

This role blends strategic pre-sales engagement with post-sale operational support. You will partner with Sales during pursuit efforts to shape mission-aligned solutions, then lead onboarding, training, and operational enablement to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes. 

 You will act as a trusted advisor to government, defense, and commercial partners — translating mission requirements into operational workflows and ensuring long-term adoption of LeoLabs’ capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Pre-Sales & Strategic Engagement 

• Partner with Sales to support customer discovery, briefings, demonstrations, and RFP responses 
• Translate mission needs into operational use cases and solution frameworks 
• Represent LeoLabs in customer meetings, industry events, and regional forums 

Customer Operations & Enablement 

• Lead onboarding, structured training, and operational readiness programs 
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for APAC customers 
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption and usage 
• Provide operational leadership during exercises or critical events 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer requirements 
• Develop playbooks and improve operational processes across the customer lifecycle 

Required Qualifications 

• 10+ years in military operations, defense, space operations, or complex technical environments 
• Candidates must be based in the APAC region 
• Experience in customer-facing roles supporting government or enterprise stakeholders 
• Strong operational planning and execution skills 
• Ability to support both business development and post-sale execution 

Preferred 

• Experience in space, aerospace, or national defense organizations 
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or technical solution design 
• Experience supporting proposals or technical pre-sales efforts
