This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a global organization where you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while collaborating with colleagues and customers across multiple countries. 

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience and building strong customer relationships. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing customer quotations and sales orders through our ERP system. 

• Coordinating product availability, production requirements, and delivery schedules. 

• Providing administrative and operational support to the Sales team. 

• Communicating with Hempel sites and colleagues worldwide to facilitate international order fulfillment. 

• Handling invoicing activities and maintaining accurate customer records. 

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests. 

• Managing returns, complaints, and credit note processes when required. 

• Understanding customer needs and identifying solutions that enhance their experience. 

• Ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintaining accurate documentation and archives. 

• Building strong relationships through professional, friendly, and proactive communication.

• Previous experience in a customer service, customer care, order management, or sales support role. 

• Experience working in an international and customer-oriented environment. 

• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is an advantage). 

• Experience working with CRM systems. 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed. 

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. 

• Knowledge of the paint, coatings, or chemical industry is an advantage but not required. 

Language Requirement:

• Italian and English are mandatory requirements for this position, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Knowledge of any additional European language will be considered an advantage.
