As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architecture of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire design and delivery process, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with the broader business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project milestones effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software architecture strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience in managing and guiding development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Ability to evaluate and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration techniques relevant to Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
