- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and quality.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project deliveries.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within software projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
