As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The position demands active leadership in setting development standards, maintaining high-quality code, and optimizing solutions for scalability and performance. Collaboration across various teams and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral to successfully delivering robust software solutions that meet organizational needs.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within complex environments.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges related to custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
