In the role of Implementation Specialist, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to synchronize efforts and drive project success is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices within the ServiceNow platform, service mapping, event management.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on complex software engineering challenges.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate solutions that meet business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
