In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate seamless integration of software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product delivery.

- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
