As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of software processes and outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in managing and guiding development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Ability to design and implement integration strategies that align with business requirements.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple software components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates.
