As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position emphasizes establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management (UIM).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring software reliability under varying loads.
- Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve aligned project objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management (UIM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
