Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of tailored software solutions that meet business needs. The engineer will also oversee the integration of various components, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with API management and data integration techniques.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
