Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application code, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, adapting to evolving client needs and technological advancements. Collaboration with different teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies related to SAP UI5.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and responsive design techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
