Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software components with client requirements.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication regarding project progress.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Experience in coding, debugging, and testing complex software components.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
