Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure specialized applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of customized software solutions, while continuously adapting to evolving project needs and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration within the Dassault Systemes environment.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline customization processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application customization.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect DELMIA applications with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
