What You’ll Do:
As a Cultivation Associate, Harvest at Curaleaf, you'll support the harvesting and post-harvest processing of cannabis plants while helping maintain quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:

• Harvesting cannabis plants by cutting, trimming, and removing flowering material according to established procedures
• Weighing, labeling, and tracking harvested product while maintaining accurate inventory records in the electronic tracking system
• Assisting with drying and curing activities, including hanging, dry-racking, monitoring environmental conditions, and preparing products for the next stage of processing
• Inspecting harvested material for quality and removing any product that does not meet company standards
• Following state regulations and company procedures to ensure accurate product tracking and compliance
• Cleaning and sanitizing harvest areas, tools, equipment, and workstations to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Supporting packaging and processing teams during high-volume periods as needed
• Working closely with team members and leadership to meet daily harvest and production goals

What You’ll Bring: 

• Experience harvesting plants in a professional, agricultural, horticultural, landscaping, or home-gardening setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable organizational and documentation skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately weigh and record product quantities
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Even Better If: 

• Previous cannabis harvest or post-harvest experience
• Familiarity with cannabis compliance requirements and inventory tracking systems
• Experience working in agriculture, horticulture, food production, manufacturing, or other production environments

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift) 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance 
• Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time 
• Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching 
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment 
• Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary 

Environmental Conditions 

• Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis) 
• Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens 
• Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol 
• Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms 
• Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
