Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, technology-driven and value-oriented CTO – Digital & AI to shape the Group's technology vision and lead its digital and AI agenda across Eva Pharma Group, including EVA Medicine, Limitless Care and Care Point. 

This is a Group-level leadership role focused on leveraging technology, data and AI to build competitive advantage, accelerate growth, enable new business models, enhance organizational capabilities and enhance customer and patient impact. 

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the CTO will define the Group's long-term technology, digital and AI vision and translate it into a strategic roadmap aligned with CEO and Board priorities. 

The CTO will act as a strategic partner to the business — identifying how technology, data and emerging AI capabilities can transform business models, strengthen organizational capability, improve customer and patient experiences, and unlock new opportunities. The role will lead and align senior technology leaders across Digital, Product, Engineering, ERP, Data & AI, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, ensuring a coherent Group-wide technology strategy, architecture and operating model. 

The role will be accountable for ensuring that technology investments and initiatives deliver measurable business impact, value and return on investment, with clear priorities, outcomes and success measures. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership 

• Define and lead the Group's technology, digital and AI strategy, aligned with business strategy and long-term growth ambitions 

• Set the Group's technology vision, enterprise architecture principles and strategic priorities across EVA Medicine, Limitless Care and Care Point 

• Establish technology investment principles and governance, linking major investments to strategic value, business outcomes and measurable ROI 

2. Digital Transformation Initiatives 

• Recommend and propose technologies and digital solutions that address business needs and unlock new opportunities 

• Shape digital and AI-enabled business models, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency and differentiation 

• Build a future-ready technology organization — leadership model and capabilities — to support the Group's transformation and growth 

3. Process Improvement 

• Drive process optimization across the Group through digital and technology-enabled solutions 

• Provide strategic oversight of cybersecurity, data governance, resilience and technology risk 

4. AI 

• Lead the Group's AI agenda, identifying, scaling and embedding high-impact AI use cases across the business 

• Ensure responsible AI governance and practices across all AI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline, with 15+ years of senior technology leadership experience, including significant time in a CTO, CIO, CDO or equivalent Group-level role 

• Proven track record shaping and executing Group-level technology, digital and AI strategies across multiple businesses, markets or entities 

• Demonstrated success turning technology into a strategic business enabler, with strong commercial and strategic acumen 

• Solid understanding of AI, data, digital platforms and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate them into business value
