CRM & Customer Lifecycle Communications Officer
Overview of the Role:
As a CRM & Customer Lifecycle Communications Officer, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, automating and optimizing customer communications for Private Offers across direct and onsite channels. You’ll work closely with CRM, Private Offers, Analytics, Product, Design, Legal and other teams to ensure every communication is relevant, accurate, timely and aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
What you'll do:
As a CRM & Customer Lifecycle Communications Officer, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, automating and optimizing customer communications for Private Offers across direct and onsite channels. You’ll work closely with CRM, Private Offers, Analytics, Product, Design, Legal and other teams to ensure every communication is relevant, accurate, timely and aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and launch Private Offers communications across SMS, email, push notifications and other direct channels
- Work with the Private Offers team to turn offer mechanics and business priorities into clear communication plans
- Prepare, adapt and proofread customer-facing copy in line with brand, legal and channel requirements
- Build, schedule and manage campaigns across CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Publish and maintain website content related to Private Offers, including promotional sliders, widgets and other on-site placements
- Support the setup and continuous optimization of automated customer journeys
- Define customer segments and communication logic together with CRM, Analytics and business stakeholders
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance, including reach, open rate, click rate, conversion and other relevant KPIs
- Prepare regular performance reports, identify trends and recommend practical optimization actions
- Run A/B tests across copy, timing, audiences and channels to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain an accurate communication calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and without overlap
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, Analytics, Design, Legal and other stakeholders involved in Private Offers
Core Skills & Tools
- SMS, email, push notifications and other direct communication channels
- Campaign performance reporting and KPI analysis
- A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Customer segmentation and lifecycle communication would be a plus
- CRM and marketing automation platforms would be a plus
- Website content management and on-site promotional placements would be a plus
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on experience with SMS, email, push notifications or similar direct communication channels
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to understand campaign performance data and turn insights into clear optimization actions
- Comfortable working with numbers, data and core marketing KPIs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A degree or educational background in business, economics, marketing, analytics or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of casino products, customer behavior or the iGaming industry is an advantage
- Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, direct communications or a related customer engagement role is a plus
