Sobre este puesto de Creator Partnerships & Community Lead en Nood
The Opportunity
Nood is building the next generation of beauty-tech: powerful at-home devices and high-performance skincare that deliver. We combine clinical credibility with a brand that feels premium, modern, and culturally fluent.
We’re entering a major expansion phase and need a performance-minded relationship builder to grow our creator and partnership programs. The Creator Partnerships & Community Lead will own four core areas: TikTok Shop creators and affiliates, our VIP Creator Program, Meta creator whitelisting, and partnerships.
You’ll build the relationships, workflows, and incentives that turn these programs into consistent sources of content, customer acquisition, and brand credibility.
Nood will be your primary focus and account for the majority of your time. You’ll also support Tempo, our recently launched wellness brand, and select future brands through focused creator and partnership initiatives. Nood’s CMO and the relevant brand’s CEO will align on priorities and capacity.
What You’ll Own
- TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Program. Recruit, onboard, and manage creators who drive content output and GMV. Own outreach, sample coordination, commission structures, creator engagement, and performance reviews. Develop top performers and coordinate with Marketplaces on promotions and product priorities.
- VIP Creator Program. Build and run Nood’s ongoing creator community. Own creator selection, program structure, tiers, incentives, onboarding, briefs, deliverables, and payout coordination. Keep creators engaged and help them improve through clear feedback and shared learnings.
- Meta Creator Whitelisting. Source and manage creators for Meta partnership ads. Negotiate commercial terms, secure usage rights and permissions, manage renewals, and coordinate deliverables with Performance Creative and Paid Media. Use performance feedback to guide creator investment and future briefs.
- Partnerships. Develop and execute collaborations with aligned brands, experts, tastemakers, and communities. Own the process from sourcing and negotiation through activation and follow-up, with clear objectives across acquisition, reach, content, and credibility.
- Creative Collaboration. Translate input from Performance Creative and the Social Media Manager into actionable creator briefs. Deliver organized, approved assets and feed organic and paid performance learnings back to creators.
- Program Economics & Reporting. Track TikTok Shop GMV, attributed revenue, creator output, commissions, sample costs, and partnership results. Maintain clean links, codes, and reporting that show what is working and where to invest.
- Creator Operations & Standards. Build reliable workflows from outreach through payment and renewal. Maintain clear agreements, disclosure expectations, approved claims guidance, and content permissions.
What This Role Is About
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building relationships and running disciplined programs. You’ll recruit promising creators, support existing partners, negotiate agreements, and make sure the work produces measurable value.
You own external creator relationships, creator and affiliate communities, and partnerships. The Social Media Manager owns our brand accounts, original organic content, publishing, and audience engagement. Paid Media owns campaign execution, budgets, and optimization; you own the creator relationships and permissions that enable amplification.
