As a Creative Review Operator you will support the review of marketing and brand materials, helping validate consistency, clarity, and alignment with business goals within our Brand Management, Marketing and Sales practice. As a Manager you will lead review activity, coach team members, manage performance, and guide project workstreams while bringing business insight, integrity, and a practical understanding of how marketing operations support the Firm’s priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will help coordinate creative intake, review deliverables across channels, and address issues as they arise while maintaining timelines, quality expectations, and clear communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
-Assess new Creative Review requests to confirm they are complete, eligible and ready for review.
-Assign requests to the most appropriate reviewer, considering skills, availability, capacity and workload.
Manage active submissions in line with agreed service levels and review timelines.
-Proactively manage workflow health by addressing overdue reviews, reassigning work and escalating risks.
-Communicate progress, outcomes and next steps clearly to requestors, reviewers and sponsors.
-Confirm campaign classification is accurate (e.g. SYC vs non-SYC).
-Follow up on inactive tickets to prevent delays or closure.
-Perform basic brand governance checks i.e. co-branding
- Managing team priorities, workload distribution, and timelines across multiple campaign and brand initiatives
- Coordinating intake, tracking, and routing of creative requests across stakeholders and internal review groups
- Applying project management methods to monitor progress, flag risks, and resolve workflow bottlenecks
- Translating campaign objectives into clear review criteria that support effective content development and refinement
- Using market research and campaign performance data to inform creative direction and content recommendations
- Identifying process improvement opportunities that streamline review operations and strengthen delivery consistency
- Communicating status updates, review feedback, and escalation points to business and creative stakeholders
What You Must Have
- Full time graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
-Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality, service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
-Experience with workflow, ticketing or project management platforms is beneficial
