Who we’re looking for:
We are hiring a Creative Marketing Consultant to support a Global Tech Firm as part of a global international team.
The core focus of this role is creative review and marketing consultation: assessing campaign assets, partner-facing materials and digital communications, then giving clear, practical recommendations to make them stronger for B2B audiences.
You will also support related workstreams such as partner marketing execution, asset discovery, localization review, content support, event-related requests and reporting inputs.
What you'll do:
Creative analysis & marketing consultation
- Review marketing materials such as digital banners, campaign creative, messaging, partner communications and co-branded assets.
- Assess creative approach, messaging and value proposition, call to action, product/device prominence, co-branding balance and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to make marketing materials clearer, stronger and more impactful.
- Provide constructive, actionable marketing recommendations, explaining not just what could change, but why.
- Research existing Microsoft messaging, marketing guidance, approved assets, templates and best-practice examples to support your recommendations.
- Distinguish between documented requirements and consultative marketing recommendations, knowing when an issue needs to be escalated to a specialist or formal approval owner.
What you’ll need:
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in additional languages are a plus, particularly any of the following: Brazilian Portuguese, Canadian French, Danish, Dutch, Polish or Turkish.
- Marketing & Creative Expertise | Strong experience in marketing, creative strategy, brand marketing, integrated campaigns or a related discipline.
- Creative Judgement | The ability to quickly analyze an execution and identify opportunities to strengthen the story, hierarchy, messaging, branding and call to action.
- Stakeholder Management | You build trusted relationships with stakeholders, take time to understand their marketing objectives and translate requirements into clear, executable workstreams.
- Consultative Mindset | Confidence providing thoughtful, constructive counsel to marketers, partners and agencies without taking over their creative development.
- Research & Analytical Skills | The curiosity and ability to navigate multiple guidelines, reference materials, messaging frameworks and examples and turn what you find into practical advice.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership and attention to detail
