This temporary role works with a team to ensure customer satisfaction, assisting in numerous projects across various departments, always checking accuracy and integrity of our system.

This is a remote role. Our teams are able to collaborate using video and screen sharing technology which means you'll feel like you’re part of the team while also enjoying the convenience of working from home.

Required Responsibilities:

• Documenting customer information into our systems
• Updating case fields
• Creating accounts, services, and approvals
• Assisting in any customer service needs if necessary
• Recording data by filing and scanning
• Spreadsheet work through Microsoft Excel
• Supporting quoting team on crafting proposals
• Answering telephones to direct calls or respond to inquiries
• Scheduling appointments
• Analyzing trends and service levels
• Giving full attention to details
• Working on projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Strong Data Entry Skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
