Job Summary

The CPP & Retail Banking Consolidaiton Business Finance Team Leader will lead a team responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for UOB Indonesia CPP and consolidation report for Retail Banking. This role ensures robust financial insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize product & segment profitability.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
* Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial performance for CPP business.
* Develop and implement robust budgeting and forecasting processes for CPP revenues, expenses, and profitability.
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within CPP business, providing actionable recommendations to management.
* Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
* Collaborate with business heads and managers to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial support.
* Drive cost efficiency initiatives and profit improvement strategies on CPP.
* Ensure compliance with UOB's financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial expertise to new product development and expansion initiatives.
* Continuously seek to improve financial processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
* Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of banking products (Unsecured), services, and business channels.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
* Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.
* Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
