What You’ll Do
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Help residents improve their strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
Encourage and motivate residents throughout their recovery
Document patient progress accurately and promptly
Communicate with therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families
Contribute to a positive and encouraging rehabilitation experience
What We’re Looking For
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
