Job Location: Seoul, South Korea
Job Scope:
- Business development for Probio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting biological drug business, enhancing customer cooperation intention and business negotiation
- LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process management. Active and clear process management to effectively achieve business development goals and risk avoidance; analyze and report corresponding data to optimize work directions in time
- Effectively coordinate the relevant departments internally for sales and cash achievement, and effectively manage customer expectations and business brands externally
- Continue to optimize business workflow and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Education/Experience:
- Master's degree or above
- 5+ years of business development experience in Biologics business
- Deep understanding Antibody drug development is preferred
- CDMO BD experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability and execution ability
- Fluent English communication skills is preferred
- Highly in line with company values
