Responsibilities
- Act as Officiating lead for Game Day Assistants (including but not limited to working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective launch, general operations, training and development), ensuring HR and security protocols are met
- Support club and league responsibilities and logistical operations for domestic and International Series game(s)
- Lead weekly internal and cross-departmental meetings during the season
- Provide administrative and operational support to all stakeholders in the Officiating department, including credential management, officials’ hotel negotiations/logistics, officials’ tickets, etc.
- Provide Game Day support within AMGC
- Assists with communication and follow up with the NFLRA
- Creates agendas and assists with note taking for various League meetings
- Participates in Football Operations game and event duties as assigned by department, including travel to NFL games (preseason, regular season and postseason, International Series, Pro Bowl and Super Bowl), NFL combines and other development programs, college All Star games, NFL Draft, and in-season and offseason meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administration, communications, or operations at the collegiate and/or professional sports level
- A./B.S. required

- Strong communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Highly organized and ability to multitask efficiently, even in high-pressure environments
- Highly developed verbal and written skills are necessary
- Very strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred
Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week in the New York office.
- Travel 25%
