POSITION SUMMARY 

The Bridal Coordinator is an integral member of the Bergdorf Goodman Bridal Salon team, responsible for delivering an exceptional and highly personalized client experience while supporting the daily operations of the Salon. The Coordinator partners with Bridal Stylists, Selling Managers, Alterations, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure appointments, fittings, merchandise, and client requests are executed seamlessly and to the highest standards of Bergdorf Goodman. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Client Experience & Appointments 

• Create a welcoming and polished environment by greeting and assisting all Bridal clients. 

• Make every client interaction personal, seamless, and reflective of the Bergdorf Goodman luxury experience. • Manage daily client communication, including phone calls, voicemails, and email, ensuring timely follow-up. • Schedule and coordinate bridal consultations, fittings, comebacks, alteration appointments, and client pickups. • Complete necessary client data entry and ensure administrative and client service information is accurate and up to date. • Support Bridal Stylists during appointments and proactively anticipate client and stylist needs. 

• Partner with appropriate teams to resolve client concerns and ensure timely, thoughtful solutions. 

Bridal Salon Operations 

• Serve as an operational partner to the Bridal Salon team and Selling Manager. 

• Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily operational goals and tasks. 

• Maintain elevated selling-floor, dressing-room, front-desk, stockroom, and back-of-house standards. • Assist with inventory, merchandise organization, transfers, repairs, damages, and other product-related processes. • Pull merchandise from other departments as needed to support client appointments. 

• Prepare dressing rooms, gowns, and accessories for consultations and fittings. 

• Ensure all gown shipments, deliveries, and client pickups are prepared and completed accurately and on schedule. • Partner with Operations and Alterations to communicate scheduling needs, conflicts, and time-sensitive requests. • Bring gowns to Alterations following completed fittings and support the overall fitting process. 

Cross-Functional Partnership & Events 

• Act as a liaison between Bridal Stylists and Alterations to ensure a seamless fitting experience. 

• Partner with Selling Managers, Operations, Merchandising, and other departments to support client and business needs. • Assist with trunk shows, designer appointments, collection launches, special events, and other Bridal initiatives. • Build and maintain positive working relationships throughout Bergdorf Goodman. 

• Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to the changing needs of the business. 

• Complete additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

• Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience with a demonstrated record of success; luxury retail, fashion, bridal, hospitality, or high-touch client experience preferred. 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to provide elevated, personalized customer service. 

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure. 

• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with associates, management, customers, and cross-functional departments. • Professional and polished demeanor with a strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality. • Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and the bridal industry. 

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and Google Workspace. 

SCHEDULE 

Must be available to work a full-time schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak Bridal periods.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
