Job Summary

This position is responsible to process invoice discrepancies that are raised by customers when there is a difference between the invoiced price and the customer’s expected price. Ensure the timely and accurate analysis of invoice discrepancies and processes the credit request for full/partial approvals & denials. This process requires complex analysis and a business point of view to process as it has a direct financial impact. This role will also be pivotal to identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy in processing credit requests

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

 

• Review pricing credit requests and supporting information as per defined procedures.
• Validate basic details such as contract eligibility, pricing, markup, item information and unit of measure.
• Check available sources, including internal systems, vendor confirmations, GPO rosters, EDI files and pricing portals, with guidance from the team.
• Support rebate calculations and credit request decisions using approved templates and process instructions.
• Update relevant information accurately in SAP-Vistex or other business applications after training.
• Coordinate with sales, rebates, finance and other internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve routine queries.
• Maintain complete documentation and meet agreed quality and turnaround-time requirements.
• Participate in audits, process-improvement activities and ad hoc assignments.
• Identify simple opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy

 

Skills

 

•             Good analytical and numerical ability.

•             Basic understanding of business, finance or accounting concepts.

•             Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including SUM, sorting, filters, basic formulas and data formatting.

•             Good written and verbal communication skills.

•             Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow defined processes.

•             Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

 

Educational

 

•             Any graduate or postgraduate degree

•             Educational background in pharmaceutical sciences (B. Pharm or M. Pharm).

 

 

Working Hours:

10.30 am to 7.30 pm – daylight saving

11.30 am to 8.30 pm – non daylight saving
