About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a passionate and skilled Cook II to join our Culinary team. In this role, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtfully prepared dishes, attention to detail, and a commitment to the exceptional standards of Four Seasons. The Cook II is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality menu items while ensuring consistency, cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

As a Cook II, you will play an important role in the daily success of our culinary operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, techniques, and Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure exceptional quality, flavor, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Complete mise en place and prepare your station for efficient service.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout each service period.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow culinary team members to support a smooth and successful service.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen, experience within luxury hotel, resort or fine-dining environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Ability to follow direction while confidently completing assigned responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
