Role: Conversion Rate Optimization/ Sales Funnel Analyst

Monthly Rate: $1800-2150

Availability: Part-time/Full-time -40 hours/week

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Analyze the Shopify sales funnel end to end: ads, landing pages, PDPs, checkout, cart abandonment, segmentation, and post-purchase.

- Audit conversion drop-offs and identify the highest-impact opportunities.

- Review Meta ad data, including video drop-off, click-through rates, and ad-to-landing-page message alignment.

- Set up and manage Mouseflow across top landing pages; expand coverage from 2 to 6–7 pages.

- Run and monitor A/B tests through A/B Convert until results reach sufficient conversion volume.

- Pull and reconcile performance data across Shopify, Meta, Triple Whale, Amir tracking, and other relevant systems.

- Maintain a testing and optimization backlog with hypotheses, proposed changes, status, outcomes, and next steps.

- Recommend landing-page, messaging, funnel, and UX changes based on data.

- Coordinate agency, design, and internal stakeholders to get approved changes implemented.

- Track seven landing-page projects through launch and ongoing optimization.

- Deliver findings and recommended actions back to the client

Good to have:

- Triple Whale, Mouseflow, A/B Convert, Amir tracking, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms

- Experience with Shopify stores doing $1M+ annually

- AI-enabled analysis experience, including tools such as Claude

- Familiarity with landing-page UX, PDPs, direct-response messaging, and conversion-focused design

- Experience coordinating agencies or cross-functional execution

- Background at a $10M+ DTC Shopify brand for an Elite-level search

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Experience working with high-volume Shopify stores; store scale matters more than years of experience

- Strong CRO and DTC e-commerce funnel knowledge; Self-directed project management and clear reporting

- Data analysis and A/B testing experience

Industry/Tools Experience:

Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Mouseflow, AB Convert, Klaviyo
