What’s the role

Shell Mobility is a leading global mobility retailer, serving customers across fuels, EV charging and convenience retail. Non-Fuels Retail (NFR) is a key growth engine, transforming service stations into high-quality destinations through differentiated convenience, food-service, vehicle-care and digital offers.

This role leads the Hong Kong & Macau NFR business, owning performance, strategy and transformation to deliver profitable growth in a fast-evolving mobility and retail landscape.

What you’ll be doing

• Business ownership & strategy: Own and deliver the NFR P&L across Hong Kong & Macau, including revenue growth, margin expansion and capital efficiency; define and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with changing customer needs and the energy transition.

• Portfolio growth: Identify and scale new business opportunities within and beyond Shell’s retail network, supported by robust business cases and disciplined end-to-end execution.

• Category & commercial management: Lead the category portfolio across food & beverages and vehicle care, optimizing range, pricing, promotions and merchandising to deliver a differentiated customer offer.

• Partnerships & alliances: Build strategic partnerships with FMCG players, retailers and ecosystem partners to expand Shell’s role as a convenience and last-mile destination.

• Execution excellence: Partner with Retailers, Operations and Marketing to strengthen in-store execution, supply chain efficiency, cost optimization and frontline capability.

• Customer, brand & digital: Shape an end-to-end customer experience across channels, leveraging digital platforms and loyalty ecosystems to drive conversion, basket size and engagement.

• Leadership & stakeholder management: Lead a high-performing team and collaborate with senior Mobility, regional and global stakeholders while representing Shell with key external partners.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in convenience retail, FMCG, foodservice or related sectors, with proven P&L accountability and commercial performance delivery.

• Strong track record in business development, partnerships, category management, retail execution and supplier negotiations.

• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and understanding of retail economics, customer behavior and operational levers.

• Able to move seamlessly between strategy and execution, with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias for value creation.

• Influential, customer-centric and data-driven leader with proven ability to build high-performing teams and manage complex stakeholders.
