MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business
Experience: One year of Human Resources experience
or
Education: An Associate’s degree
Experience: Two years administrative experience in Human Resources
Travel: 0-10%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and talent databases.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographic markets.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement, creating a positive candidate experience while assessing interest and qualifications.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that improve recruiting outcomes.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and strengthen the organization's talent brand.
