We develop digital solutions that empower Charging Point Operators (CPOs) and Mobility Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver seamless, reliable and scalable EV charging experiences across Europe.

As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a Contract Manager who combines strong commercial instincts with a structured approach to contracts, procurement and vendor management.

Your role

As our Contract Manager, you'll take ownership of our contracting, procurement and vendor management activities, working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance and Legal.

You'll manage relationships and agreements with suppliers and technology partners, negotiate strong commercial terms and continuously look for opportunities to optimize costs and our supplier portfolio.

On the customer side, you'll support our Sales team throughout the contracting process, helping deals move forward efficiently while keeping an eye on commercial interests, compliance and risk.

In short, you'll help us build the commercial and contractual foundations we need to scale internationally.

What you'll do

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from intake and negotiation to renewal.
• Negotiate commercial, legal and operational terms with suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Develop and optimize our supplier portfolio and procurement strategy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins without compromising quality or operational needs.
• Build strong relationships with key vendors and monitor performance against SLAs, commercial KPIs and quality standards.
• Monitor contract compliance, renewal schedules and contractual risks in collaboration with Legal.
• Support Sales with customer contracts, negotiations and the coordination of legal and compliance redlines.
• Maintain and improve standard agreements, contract repositories and procurement processes.
• Oversee corporate insurance policies and coverage.
• Continuously improve contracting and procurement workflows to support our international growth.

What we're looking for

Must-have

• You live and work in Belgium.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in contracting, procurement or vendor management.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance business interests and long-term partnerships.
• Experience managing contracts and working with legal and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with pricing, costs, margins and contractual terms.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach combined with a pragmatic mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
• A proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience within a SaaS, technology or scale-up environment.
• Experience supporting Sales with customer-side negotiations and contracting.
• Experience with strategic procurement and supplier portfolio management.
• Familiarity with corporate insurance management.
• Knowledge of French or German.
• An interest in EV charging, energy or mobility.
