APAC Contract Management Intern

·       Full-time student currently and throughout the internship period pursuing a bachelor/master's degree

Primary Objectives

The Contract Management group is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from licensee on-boarding, contract negotiations, through contract amendments and renewals. This role has high interaction with a broad array of Disney groups (Licensing, Finance, Legal, Credit and Collections, ILS, etc), as well as Disney’s licensees.  The group also focuses on implementing efficient and effective systems, processes, and controls.

Specific Duties

The position will be primarily responsible for the following key functions under the direction of Contract Management Manager:

·       Coordinate with the China Legal team and Stakeholders to route contracts for signature and Legal seals

·       Scan contracts to .pdf and upload to shared drives following established file naming conventions

·       Email scanned files to stakeholders

·       Mail signed contracts to China's regional offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and TWDC Hong Kong office, based on contract’s management office

·       File contract hard copies on site, following established processes

·       Routine administrative coordination and ad-hoc support

Professional Qualifications

·       Basic Microsoft Office

·       Work experience in a professional office environment would be considered a plus

Specific Skills

·       Good communication skills in English and Chinese

·       Must be able to work with confidential information

·       Must have a highly professional “client service orientation”

·       Must be an excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills

·       High energy level; strong work ethic, willingness to learn

Working Schedule

·       Commit to work 3-4 days a week for at least 6 months
