The Opportunity

As a Contract Lifecycle Management Consultant, Sr. Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

In this role, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement contract lifecycle management technology solutions effectively
- Configuring systems and integrating software applications to optimize operational efficiency
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to provide training and support for seamless integration of business applications
- Navigating complex situations to anticipate the needs of teams and clients, delivering quality solutions
- Building meaningful client connections and fostering relationships to enhance project outcomes
- Leveraging AI-human collaboration and digital strategies to modernize contract management processes
- Guiding teams in the deployment of contract management software and technology solutions
- Promoting process optimization and project management to achieve strategic objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Library Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management technologies like Agiloft and Icertis
- Utilizing AI fluency to enhance contract management processes
- Excelling in system integration delivery for contract management software
- Navigating complex client relationships with effective communication skills
- Developing digital strategies for technology deployments in contract management
- Embracing change and innovation in contract management modernization initiatives

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
