The Opportunity

As a Contract Lifecycle Management Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations leverage data analytics to drive business results and innovation. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will focus on transforming enterprise content management technology, addressing architecture and governance frameworks, and enhancing performance through refined decision-making capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate the complexities of their data, reduce costs, and maintain the integrity of information assets.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop solutions that address their unique challenges, using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. You will simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points to create positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

- Leading contract lifecycle management technology projects to enhance client operations
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of contract management solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking and digital strategies to drive innovation and growth
- Configuring systems and integrating contract management software to optimize processes
- Collaborating with clients to develop and implement contract AI solutions
- Coaching team members to recognize their strengths and encourage personal development
- Analyzing complex ideas and building meaningful recommendations for clients
- Managing diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points for stakeholders
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Library Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management technologies like Agiloft and Icertis
- Utilizing AI fluency to enhance contract management processes
- Excelling in system integration delivery for contract management software
- Managing complex client engagements with strategic planning and execution
- Embracing change and innovation in digital strategies and tooling
- Leading teams in technology deployments and process optimization

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
