As the Content Writer, you will be responsible for helping us connect with our customer base across several different channels. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas and creating content for our platforms, LinkedIn posts and contributing to our blogs.

You are responsible for:

• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and craft beautifully worded content that is insightful, engaging and impactful.
• Propose copy concepts and conduct research on any given topic to produce well-researched content for publication online and in print.
• Use AI writing and research tools to support content ideation, outlines, first drafts, summaries, and headline variations to improve speed and efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools for content optimisation, including SEO suggestions, keyword placement, and readability improvements.
• Have a strong grasp of numbers and leverage platform data to support content creation.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
• Create compelling headlines and body copy that capture the target audience's attention.
• Help create style guides or suggest changes to ensure content is consistent and clear.
• Set and follow a strict & busy editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as META, LinkedIn and dubizzle’s very own blog.
• Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Use search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies in writing to maximise the online visibility of a website in search results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Impeccable grasp of both Arabic & English languages, including industry-related keywords and expressions.
• Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
• An understanding of search engine optimisation best practices.
• Understanding of when and how to use AI to enhance productivity without compromising quality or brand voice.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, including prioritising, scheduling and adapting when necessary.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills to elevate AI-assisted drafts into high-quality final content.
• Agile and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• An eye for details and the ability to proofread one's own work is a must.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Strict adherence to the style guides of the brand and their policies for publication.
• Creative, innovative and easily adapts to changes.
• Comfortable working with AI tools as part of daily content production.
