Job Summary
• This role is responsible for conducting research on products, trends, and best practices and managing website content. The role collaborates with campaign managers, performs content audits, manages agency collaboration, and budgets, and facilitates communication among teams. Additionally, the role tracks content performance, ensures legal compliance, and independently addresses moderate scope digital content issues while following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
• Conducts research to gather information about products, consumer trends, and industry best practices.
• Uploads, organizes, and manages content on the organization's website or content management system.
• Collaborates with campaign managers and applies intermediate oversight to editorial or content calendar.
• Applies intermediate knowledge to performs content audit to ensure that all content is relevant, free of errors, well-structured, and grammatically correct, and maps persona and journey stage.
• Manages collaboration with assigned agencies relevant for content creation, and assigned budget against expected target.
• Facilitates communications between marketing, design, and product teams to coordinate content efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Executes building initiative flow to map out an overview of how the content flows across the total initiative, including nurture tools and initiatives.
• Tracks the performance of content using analytics tools and supports monitoring of key metrics like website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
• Ensures that all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements, such as copyright and privacy laws.
• Works independently on moderate scope digital content related problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in persona, customer journey and editorial content development, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
