About the role

You will plan, create and publish content (text, image and video) across multiple channels, in line with each client's communication strategy. You will take on content and production projects on your own, and help enrich the audience's experience with every piece you create.

You will report to the Content Creator Director.

What you'll do

• Create and edit photos, videos and graphics.
• Propose concepts and new content in line with each client's needs.
• Take on production and content projects on your own, with limited guidance.
• Manage production equipment and run productions (photo, video, audio, studio setup).
• Adapt content based on client feedback.
• Mentor junior team members on editing, tools and platforms.
• Keep to the schedule, and flag any risk early to the Content Creator Director, the account lead and production.
• Research trends and suggest new content, keeping up with what each platform needs.
• Use AI tools every day in research, production and optimization, and suggest new tools and ways of working to the team.

You'll also contribute to

• Shaping the client plan.
• Organizing and coordinating productions, on time and with the right resources.
• Better internal creative processes.
• Client presentations, with material, ideas and creative examples.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, ideally within a creative, advertising or digital agency.
• A strong sense of storytelling through short-form video.
• Hands-on experience running shoots, from planning to the final edit.
• Shooting and editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro), and a deep feel for TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Confident, independent use of AI tools such as CapCut and Higgsfield to work faster and better, and the curiosity to suggest new ones to the team.
• A strong portfolio showing short-form video and social content you have created for brands.
• Creativity, openness to feedback and attention to detail.
• Professional-level Greek and fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience writing video scripts.
• Basic motion graphics skills.
• Experience presenting ideas to clients.
