Section: Role Overview

As a Contact Center Representative, you’re the first voice our members and providers hear. With members, you’ll handle questions with empathy and warmth. With providers, you’ll keep conversations confident and on track. You’ll serve Spanish-speaking and English-speaking callers, so you need to be fully fluent in both languages.

Section: What You’ll Do

• Help members and providers by phone, email, and chat, using solid knowledge of our products and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve member issues, listening closely to find the real concern
• Process chargebacks and handle financial transactions accurately and with integrity
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to keep issues moving
• Share feedback on system issues and customer experience to help us improve

Section: What You Bring

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written (required)
• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust your style for different audiences
• Sharp problem-solving: you can dig into a conversation and find the real issue
• Self-motivated and organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools

Section: Nice to Have

• Experience with billing, data entry, or similar work
• Healthcare or fintech experience
• Experience with Zendesk; familiarity with Dynamics, Dialpad, Teams, and Outlook

Salary fields: $22.00 to $23.50 / hour (USD)

Salary description: Base pay is $22.00/hour, plus a bilingual premium of $1.50/hour, for a total of $23.50/hour.
